A charity concert was given by the Honoured Artist of Russia Yuri Вogdanov at the Rachmaninov Hall of Tambov Music and Pedagogic Institute. The arrival of the world-famous pianist was arranged due to member of the Federation Council, representative of the executive government body of the Tambov Region Eugeni Tarlo.
